Summary: The Head - Enterprise Sales & Career Services will lead revenue growth and strategic partnerships with Corporates to generate B2B sales and drive corporate outreach to secure placements, internships, and career opportunities for learners. The role owns end-to-end enterprise sales strategy, high-value corporate partnerships, career services employer engagement, and sales team leadership Roles & Responsibilities: ? Grow the Enterprise sales business in India ? Develop and execute the GTM strategy for Enterprise learning to drive revenue growth across target industries and enterprise accounts. ? Drive revenue growth by focusing on acquiring new clients and key account growth through targeted outreach, industry events, networking channels, and strategic partnerships. ? Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to align solutions with market needs, improve positioning, and generate enterprise leads. ? Own and drive Career services outcomes for all learners. ? Lead corporate outreach to onboard employers for hiring, internships, industry projects, and career-services collaborations. ? Build and manage strategic relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, procurement leaders, business unit heads, and key corporate decision-makers. ? Build and lead a strong KPI-driven Enterprise sales and career services team. ? Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and corporate events to enhance market presence and brand visibility. Professional & Technical Skills: ? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. ? 10+ years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role covering the domestic market. ? Proven experience in selling to corporate clients. ? Strong network and understanding of business dynamics in this region. ? Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ? Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities. ? Willingness to travel across the region as needed. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
