Process & Manufacturing Engineering Lead
Project Role Description : Lead and plan manufacturing engineering programs. Lead teams of engineers who define processes to fabricate, assemble, inspect and test new products and machines based on production engineering and design principles. Define the supporting tools and fixtures needed for production. Ensure teams are developing product specifications and define the quality standards and inspection methods for manufacturing products and machines.

Summary: As a Process & Manufacturing Engineering Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation in manufacturing engineering programs. Your typical day will involve leading and planning various engineering initiatives, guiding teams of engineers in defining processes for fabricating, assembling, inspecting, and testing new products and machines. You will also focus on defining the necessary tools and fixtures for production, ensuring that your teams develop comprehensive product specifications while establishing quality standards and inspection methods for manufacturing processes. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering collaboration and ensuring that engineering principles are effectively applied to meet production goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation. - Strong understanding of automation processes and systems. - Experience with process optimization and efficiency improvement techniques. - Familiarity with quality control methodologies and standards. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
