Summary:
As an Enterprise Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive information technology solutions that span the entire organization. This role requires envisioning how various technology components integrate to enhance overall business capabilities and user experiences. The position demands collaboration with diverse teams to ensure that architectural strategies align with organizational goals, while continuously exploring innovative approaches to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency across projects.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and enhance technical capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and secure enterprise IT architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Experience with integration of diverse systems and platforms within large organizations.
- Skilled in evaluating emerging technologies and recommending their adoption to improve business outcomes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our CDC6 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
