Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of designing and implementing scalable microservices-based systems.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies to support lightweight service deployment.
- Ability to apply principles of modular design and service decoupling for maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration within distributed systems.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing performance in microservices environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- This position is based at our JPDC3A - NON-STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
