Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Python Framework, Vector databases,RAG architecture

Summary:
As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing end-to-end application pipelines, ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer integrates generative artificial intelligence models into various projects, which may include deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing tasks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, alongside continuous evaluation and enhancement of AI-driven solutions to meet evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI applications.
- Continuously monitor and optimize AI models and systems for performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML), Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Python Framework, Vector databases, RAG architecture,Agentic libraries(Lang chain/Lang graph/Autogen), Computer Vision, Document Processing.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant machine learning libraries and frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of generative artificial intelligence concepts and their practical applications.
- Experience working with cloud AI services and deploying AI models in production environments.
- Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation architectures to enhance AI solutions.
- Ability to design, train, and fine-tune deep learning models including neural networks and chatbot systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
