Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, your day involves designing and developing cloud-based application solutions that seamlessly integrate with both cloud and traditional infrastructure. You will be engaged in building, testing, and deploying these solutions to ensure they meet performance, security, and architectural standards. Your role includes creating proof of concepts to validate the feasibility and robustness of the architecture, while collaborating with various teams to maintain smooth deployment and operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of cloud solutions with business requirements.
- Continuously monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.
- Document architectural designs and deployment processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
- Strong understanding of application integration between cloud and on-premises systems.
- Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.
- Ability to design and execute proof of concept architectures to validate solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
