Job Title: Business Analyst – Core Banking SME Job Summary: As a Business Analyst (Core Banking SME), you will provide subject matter expertise on ITS Ethix/Phoenix core banking products. You will lead project management, requirements gathering, and solution delivery for core banking and treasury initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: -Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for core banking projects. -Provide SME guidance on ITS Ethix/Phoenix core banking products. -Manage project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communications. -Coordinate with technology and business teams for solution design and implementation. -Support testing, defect management, and go-live activities. -Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. Must-Have Skills: -Deep expertise in ITS Ethix/Phoenix core banking products -Project management and stakeholder coordination -Experience with messaging and integration Good-to-Have Skills: -Exposure to treasury and wealth management domains -Familiarity with automated regression testing and UAT processes Professional Attributes: -Strong communication and stakeholder management skills -Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Educational Qualification: -Bachelor’s degree in finance, Computer Science, or related field Experience: -10–15 years in core banking, with significant project management experience Work Location: -India (Bangalore or Hyderabad preferred)
