Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational goals and technological advancements, fostering innovation and efficiency across projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive alignment and successful delivery of technology solutions.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting within SAP environments.
- Experience in managing SAP landscapes including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Ability to design scalable and secure architecture solutions that support business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques relevant to SAP systems.
- Skilled in automation and scripting to optimize administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
