Job Summary We are looking for a Project Manager with strong telecom experience to support and lead the execution of medium to large network and telecom projects. The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with technical teams, driving vendor activities, and ensuring successful delivery in alignment with customer and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and managing telecom project lifecycles. Lead coordination across Network Engineering, NOC, Field Teams, Vendors, and Service Providers. Oversee implementation activities such as circuit provisioning, equipment rollout, fiber deployment, wireless upgrades, or network migrations. Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies; ensure timely escalation and resolution. Manage project documentation, dashboards, WBS, status reports, and customer communications. Monitor progress of multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with quality standards and SLAs. Support budgeting inputs, procurement tracking, resource allocation, and project governance. Conduct review meetings with stakeholders and ensure clear follow-up on action items. Mentor junior project coordinators and guide project support teams. Required Skills & Experience: 6–10 years of experience in telecom project coordination, delivery, or PMO roles. Solid understanding of telecom services (MPLS, ILL, Fiber, SD-WAN, Wireless WAN, Voice, Data). Experience handling enterprise network rollout or telecom provider deployment projects. Strong skills in MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and/or project management tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting capabilities. Ability to independently manage tasks, timelines, and multi-team dependencies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with major telecom operators or large enterprise network environments. Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, ITIL, Agile Foundation (preferred). Experience with ticketing and workflow tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy). Soft Skills: Strong leadership and ownership mindset. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-focused. Ability to handle multiple parallel projects in fast-paced environments. Professional communication and customer-facing skills.
