Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translating those into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with team members to ensure the applications align with organizational goals and provide seamless user experiences. Continuous evaluation and refinement of the applications are part of the daily routine to maintain efficiency and effectiveness in supporting business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of application design and configuration details.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Administration.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and modular design principles.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and functionality.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
