Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, ensuring that the applications you build are robust and scalable. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Develop cutting-edge user-facing features using ReactJS. 2. Design modern, highly responsive web-based user interfaces. 3. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code. 4. Understand and analyze user interactions to enhance usability. 5. Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-enabled devices and browsers. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams working on different layers of the application. 7. Work independently and establish expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Professional & Technical Skills: (Must Have skills) 1. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and object modeling. 2. In-depth understanding of ReactJS and its core principles. 3. Experience with popular ReactJS workflows such as Flux or Redux. 4. Familiarity with modern ECMAScript specifications. 5. Hands-on experience with data structure libraries like Immutable.js. 6. Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus. 7. Familiarity with RESTful APIs. 8. Proficient in HTML and CSS. 9. Experience with Git is an advantage. 10. Proficiency in TypeScript and unit testing using Jest. Additional Information: 1. The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various organizational levels. Strong active listening, multitasking, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. 3. Logical problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions based on documented procedures, guidelines, and processes.
