Summary As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the overall efficiency of business processes, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality support to users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: • Must have niche hands-on experience towards TOSCA. • Design develop and maintain automation test script using Tosca. • Analyze test results and work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues. • Deliver automated functional testing, integration testing, UAT & regression tests that support the needs of the client. • Must have experience on at least one test management tool (For example, JIRA) • Good to have knowledge/experience on UKG (Kronos). • Ability to come up with test scripts according to the business requirement. • Expert in the selection and building of test automation frameworks and tools. • Coach and support the Quality Analysts and developers in their squad. • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams’ members, to perform business analysis and produce relevant acceptance criteria. • Work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver software development projects. • Able to plan successful test automation implementations. • Organize and own any technical workshops and resulting outputs. • Delivery of quality data and KPI. • Provide continuous feedback on the product and process as required by the team. • Active participation in R&D initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: • 7.5+ years of IT experience and primarily in test automation role. • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Tosca Automation testing. • Mandatory Experience in Migration from WFC to Pro WFM. • Should be able to manage large engagement. • Experienced working on various verticals (Retail, MFG, Healthcare etc.). • Good to have UI Path automation testing skill. • Exposure towards STLC (Agile & Waterfall models). Additional information: • Good to have AS 1 & AS 2 Certification for TOSCA. • Ready to work in Shifts. • Good to have Experience in Kronos (Workforce Central or Workforce Dimension). • Good to have functional knowledge on Kronos Basic Modules like Timekeeping, Accruals, Basic Scheduler. • Good to Have knowledge in databases (ORACLE, SQL Server, Postgres etc.)
