Summary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with design teams to translate design concepts into tangible prototype solutions, ensuring that both technical feasibility and design intent are harmoniously balanced. You will engage in iterative design processes, gather user feedback, and refine prototypes to enhance usability and functionality, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative ideas and solutions. - Mentor junior professionals in best practices for user experience design and prototyping. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with user interface design principles and methodologies. - Strong understanding of user-centered design processes and usability testing. - Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Veeva Vault. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
