Summary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and refining prototypes and software engineering solutions that enhance user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with design teams to translate concepts into functional prototypes, ensuring that the solutions are not only visually appealing but also technically feasible. You will engage in iterative testing and feedback sessions to continuously improve the user interface and experience, while also considering the implications of design choices on the overall functionality of the software. Your role will require a balance of creativity and technical understanding, allowing you to contribute effectively to the development of user-centric solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative ideas and solutions. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX). - Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices. - Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. - Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. - Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
