Summary:
As an AI Native Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and delivering software solutions where artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into the engineering process. The role requires actively participating in the entire software lifecycle, from initial development to deployment, ensuring that AI-driven features are seamlessly incorporated. Continuous evaluation and enhancement of software quality and operational efficiency are key aspects, alongside collaborating with various teams to align AI-native methodologies with project goals. This position emphasizes innovation and adaptability in building software that leverages AI capabilities effectively and responsibly.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to integrate AI-native practices into software development workflows to enhance product capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and promote best practices within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of AI-driven features with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end and back-end technologies to build scalable and maintainable applications.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support AI-enabled applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
