Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions are not only functional but also efficient and user-friendly, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Skills: WebMethods monitoring, logging, alerting, basic service development, documentation - Monitor alerts, queue failures, and SLA violations - Perform basic message reprocessing and incident documentation - Assist in maintaining runbooks and knowledge articles - Escalate critical incidents promptly Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to enhance code quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in webMethods Fabric. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with integration patterns and best practices. - Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and deployment strategies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in webMethods Fabric. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
