Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. The engineer collaborates with different stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and deliver seamless user experiences. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving business demands are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and efficiency within the team and the broader enterprise.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery and quality of software products.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Strong experience in application design and configuration within complex business environments.
- Ability to integrate Adobe Experience Platform with other enterprise systems and tools.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to software applications.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
