Summary: Summary: As an AWS Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of AWS applications and infrastructure. This includes batch monitoring, reporting, and performance optimization, along with troubleshooting and resolving incidents. You will provide technical support across AWS environments, proactively address system issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless operations and meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end support for AWS services (EC2,API Gateway, Pyspark, Open Search, Cloudwatch) including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Identify the performance issues for AWS batches and fine tune to improve the performance Monitor AWS infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security compliance. Deliver the minor development tasks, enhancements using mentioned skillset Manage tickets (INC, SR, CR) and ensure SLA adherence. Collaborate with DevOps, AWS vendor Support teams to resolve critical issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: -EC2 -Pyspark -Open Search -Cloudwatch Good to have/additional skills: -RDS database -API Gateway Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in mentioned skill set. - This position is based at our Hyderabad/Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
