Summary: As an Oracle Cloud Application Technical Lead, you will design, build applications that meets business requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, designing developing solutions that align with architectural standards and business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and enhancements to existing applications. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Delivery Leadership • Lead end-to-end development and delivery of Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.) in large-scale transformation programs. • Ensure adherence to Accenture’s delivery standards, coding best practices, and Oracle development guidelines. • Drive architectural review, technical governance, code reviews, and quality assurance across all development streams. 2. Solution Design & Development • Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud technical solutions. • Oversee development of extensions, integrations, and customizations using Oracle PaaS, Visual Builder, and related tools. • Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud architecture principles and security standards. 3. Integration & Technical Architecture • Design and implement integrations between Oracle Cloud Applications and third-party systems using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), REST/SOAP APIs. • Collaborate with enterprise architects to align technical solutions with overall system architecture. 4. Stakeholder & Client Engagement • Act as the technical point of contact for client leadership and internal stakeholders. • Provide technical guidance, design sessions, and solution walkthroughs. 5. Innovation & Thought Leadership • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud roadmap, emerging technologies, and best practices. • Drive adoption of automation, DevOps, and AI-driven tools for faster and efficient delivery. 6. Compliance & Risk Management • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and Oracle licensing policies. • Identify technical risks early and implement mitigation strategies. • Maintain audit readiness and documentation for all technical deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: • 15 years of Oracle experience with 10+ years in Oracle Cloud technical development and integration with tech lead role for atleast 5 years • Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder, PaaS, and REST/SOAP APIs. • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM technical architecture. • Experience in Agile/DevOps delivery models. Good to have Skill: • Solutioning during Proposal stage Additional Information: • This position is based on all Locations. • A 16-year full-time education is required. • Oracle Cloud certified • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
