Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the development lifecycle. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous collaboration with various teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and technical standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and project understanding.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Experience in designing and configuring ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and integration techniques related to ServiceNow.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
