This role requires engaging closely with clients to understand their needs, shaping solutions that align with best practices, and fostering trusted advisor relationships. The position demands active collaboration across various teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology-driven business transformations, while continuously enhancing the organization's reputation through thought leadership and strategic insights.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive business value and operational excellence.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology solutions that align with business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with a focus on innovative and scalable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
