Summary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve translating design concepts into prototype solutions swiftly and tangibly, ensuring a balanced understanding of both technical feasibility and design intent. You will collaborate with various teams to refine user experiences and contribute to the overall success of projects, ensuring that user needs are met effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative ideas and solutions. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience principles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. - Ability to conduct usability testing and gather user feedback effectively. - Familiarity with front-end development technologies to communicate effectively with development teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
