Summary: As a Delivery Lead, you will oversee the complete delivery process or specific components of a contract, ensuring that operational, contractual, and financial commitments are met. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, monitoring service quality, and identifying opportunities for enhancing service efficiency and effectiveness. You will play a crucial role in managing delivery outcomes and exploring avenues for additional business through up-selling or cross-selling. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and understanding of service delivery processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices. - Experience in managing service delivery in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to analyze service performance metrics and implement improvements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
