Summary: As a ServiceNow HRSD Integration Specialist Developer you will architect, implement, and optimize integrations between ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and enterprise systems. You will deliver scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe solutions using IntegrationHub, Service Graph Connectors, and modern integration patterns, ensuring strict alignment with platform best practices and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). Roles & Responsibilities: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external HR, payroll, identity, and ERP systems using IntegrationHub, Service Graph Connectors, and Scripted REST APIs. Ensure data mapping, transformation, and normalization in accordance with CSDM and HRSD data models. Configure and manage MID Servers, authentication (OAuth2, JWT, Mutual TLS), and secure data transfer. Develop and optimize Flow Designer flows, custom IntegrationHub spokes, and error handling/retry logic for robust automation. Implement asynchronous, scalable integration patterns to maximize performance and reliability. Enforce data quality, normalization, and compliance with HRSD and CSDM standards. Implement robust ACLs, roles, and application scope protections for sensitive HR data. Adhere to Zero Trust principles and platform security recommendations. Design and execute Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites for integration scenarios, including edge cases and security validation. Support CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and delegated development. Work closely with HR business analysts, architects, and external system owners to translate requirements into technical solutions. Document integration designs, data mappings, and support knowledge transfer. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR). - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
