Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance while adapting to evolving project requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in software development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance. - Experience with modern software development frameworks and methodologies. - Strong understanding of software design principles and best practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Automation in Application Maintenance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
