Summary: Partner with a highly skilled Agile team to lead and support our enterprise identity landscape including Azure AD B2C. We are looking for an experienced Identity Engineer to lead a business-critical identity landscape and migrate business applications to Azure AD B2C Authentication. The team will lead the effort for this leading and supporting the identity landscape and developing custom code as needed in support for the identity platform. The role is responsible for coordinating with internal business and IT stakeholders to contribute to the implementation of Identity designs in adherence with the organization's strategy. Roles & Responsibilities: • Help with the evaluation, design, and development of Azure B2C technical requirements, solutions, and roadmap to facilitate usable, reliable, and secure enablement of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). • Participate in Identity design and architecture discussions with cross-functional teams. • Ensure continuous improvement within the IAM and CIAM security architecture by introducing and implementing emerging security technologies and practices. • Provide application registration and maintenance to onboard applications • Provide support for setting up, deploying, and managing multiple environments to support agile development approaches through CI/CD processes. • Enable CIAM using Social, Federation with Azure AD, or external IDP. • Work with MS Graph API, REST APIs. • Ability to utilize various programming or scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell • Secret management and Authentication configuration. • Provide technical support and guidance to interfacing apps to consume B2C. • Manages the integrations and federations between multiple IDPs. • Provide technical user support for incidents escalated from the helpdesk and resolving system and identity issues related to environmental changes. • Work with other team owners in cross-functional systems to enable central monitoring and troubleshooting. • Operational Support: Monitoring, troubleshooting, Runbooks. • Migrate users from another identity provider to Azure Active Directory B2C. Professional & Technical Skills: • Strong technical knowledge of Azure, PaaS, IaaS, and integrations with Azure AD B2C. • Experience using Identity Experience Framework (IEF) to enable user experiences not only for the common identity tasks but also for crafting support for complex identity workflows • Experience in B2B and B2C AAD solutions that cover the scope of digital identity, access management, and enterprise applications • Experience with building new and existing Custom policies, Localizations, Custom templates, object extension attributes, Conditional Execution of certain steps, Claims Transformations • Experience with Social, Federation with Azure AD, or external IDP. • Proven knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols. • Good understanding of MS Graph Integrations. • Experience with AD B2C integrations with Microsoft Azure Platform as A Service (PaaS) products such as App Insights. • Experience with XML, PowerShell. • Strong experience in development approaches through CI/CD processes. • Familiarity with IT security and risk management practices Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory/Azure AD skill. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - BE, B Tech, or an equivalent qualification
