Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems across various business system components to ensure operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change and update knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams will be essential for issue analysis and resolution, making your role pivotal in maintaining seamless operations. Project Role Description: Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing expertise in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), cloud technologies, container orchestration, and security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are secure against potential threats. Summary As an AWS CloudFormation Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions using AWS CloudFormation. Responsibilities will include building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the security and reliability of systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance development processes, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior team members. This role requires a strong understanding of DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and container orchestration to deliver scalable and secure solutions. Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using AWS CloudFormation. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes. Implement and manage container orchestration solutions using Kubernetes or similar tools. Ensure cloud infrastructure is secure, scalable, and cost-efficient by following best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the development and deployment environments. Collaborate with multiple teams to make key decisions and provide solutions to complex problems. Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills in DevOps practices and cloud technologies. Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes, tools, and infrastructure to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS CloudFormation, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Kubernetes. Strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies and tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps. Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of containerization technologies and orchestration tools. Expertise in Python programming for automation and scripting. Strong understanding of security best practices in software development and deployment. Experience with Terraform and GitLab for version control and collaborative development. Familiarity with Configuration Management (CM) tools like Ansible. Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) tools and practices. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving pipeline and infrastructure issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS CloudFormation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
