Deployment Lead
Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of a deployment strategy that encompasses planning work schedules, managing budgets, and tracking key performance indicators. The role requires coordinating training sessions and pilot programs while ensuring that all resources are effectively allocated. Continuous collaboration with various project teams is essential to align deployment activities, manage dependencies, and oversee progress to meet project goals efficiently and smoothly.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks associated with deployment activities to ensure seamless execution.
- Facilitate communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and timely resolution of issues.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment to enhance team performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to SAP Successfactors.
- Experience in managing deployment lifecycles including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ability to analyze complex system interdependencies and provide effective solutions.
- Skilled in monitoring project metrics and using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
