Skill: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Architecture Experience: 18–20+ years in D365 CRM (minimum 12+ years of experience in D365 CRM) Summary As a Senior Manager / Principal – D365 CRM + AI Architect, you will lead transformation programs, define solution architecture, and drive AI-led innovation across engagements. This elite role goes beyond standard consulting, you will shape offerings, define reusable accelerators, influence presales strategy, and ensure delivery excellence. A typical day involves architecting end-to-end CRM solutions, guiding Managers and Associate Managers, driving AI capability adoption (Copilot, Power Automate, AI Builder), and representing the practice in high-stakes client or leadership forums. ________________________________________ Roles & Responsibilities • Serve as the CRM Solution Architect and thought leader for enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 programs. • Lead solution blueprinting, design authority, and architecture governance across projects. • Lead the adoption of Generative AI technologies (Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio) within CRM workflows. • Develop intelligent features such as predictive analytics, conversational bots, and automated content generation. • Own key design decisions and ensure scalability, integration readiness, and adherence to best practices. • Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on CRM modernization and AI strategy. • Drive adoption of AI-led enhancements, including: o Copilot configuration & usage patterns o AI Builder-based automation o Intelligent workflows covering predictive, prescriptive insights • Engage with CXOs / senior client leadership to shape business transformation roadmaps. • Influence presales—proposal solutioning, scoping, estimations, RFPs, orals and demos. • Mentor and coach Managers and Associate Managers; build competency and succession pipeline. • Define frameworks, assets, accelerators, reusable IPs to reduce delivery effort. • Ensure risk mitigation, delivery governance, and quality assurance across multiple engagements. • Represent the practice in internal leadership forums and external thought leadership initiatives. ________________________________________ Professional & Technical Skills Must Have Skills • Deep functional expertise in D365 CMR Modules covering: o Sales o Customer Service o Marketing o Field Service • Proven track record as Solution Architect in large, global rollouts. • Strong experience designing integrations and cross-tower dependencies: o Finance and Operations o Technical (extensions, interfaces, data) • Hands-on experience applying AI & automation in real project scenarios: o D365 Copilot o Power Platform (Power Automate, AI Builder, Power Apps) o Data & insights using Power BI Good to Have • Experience in multi-country rollouts or global blueprints. • Familiarity with process intelligence / process mining solutions. ________________________________________ Leadership & Behavioral Skills • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate executive workshops. • Strong decision-making and governance ownership; able to challenge status quo. • Proven ability to shape strategy, build capability, and lead high-performing teams. • Passion for learning emerging technologies and Copilot, GenAI, low-code automation. ________________________________________ Additional Information • Role is part of the elite pool, responsibilities include innovation, asset creation, and market acceleration. • Expected to represent the practice in global forums, partner connect sessions and thought leadership platforms.
