Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the intended requirements. The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, guiding the team through challenges and driving progress to deliver high-quality software products. Collaboration and proactive problem-solving are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across different components.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate project progress and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life Sciences Industry.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modular design principles.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues within Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS in the context of Salesforce development.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
