Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. The role includes designing solutions tailored to client requirements, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and addressing any maintenance or enhancement needs. Collaboration with team members and clients to refine application features and resolve issues is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that software components operate seamlessly across different environments and meet project goals effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements for software development.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear records of development progress.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate existing software components to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Physical Site Security.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience in software development lifecycle including coding, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to work with multiple clients and adapt to varying project requirements.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate within a team and with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with security protocols and standards related to physical site environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Physical Site Security.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
