Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to apply your knowledge of various technologies and methodologies, ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs and project requirements effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: -Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL. -Develop modern, reusable Lightning Web Components and integrate them seamlessly with existing business logic. -Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs -Implement custom workflows, triggers, and automation to optimize business processes. -Work closely with business stakeholders, admins, and QA teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs. -Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning. -Manage version control, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines -Stay current with Salesforce releases and ensure alignment with platform best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Strong understanding of Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura Components. - Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules. - Proven experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP). - Expertise in SOQL, SOSL, and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future methods) - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS for front-end development in LWC. - Strong problem-solving. Certifications -Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) – Required -Salesforce JavaScript Developer I – Required -(Optional/Preferred) Salesforce Platform Developer II, App Builder, or Integration Architect certifications Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
