Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage with clients to provide insights and strategies that foster business agility and drive technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assess organizational needs, facilitating workshops, and guiding clients through their transformation journeys. You will leverage your expertise to help organizations adapt and thrive in a competitive landscape, ensuring they can outlearn and outperform their rivals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Integration and Management (SIAM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Management Framework Design and Implementation. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to analyze and improve business processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
