Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager with extensive experience in capital project processes within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Hexagon, AVEVA, Autodesk, and Bentley platforms, and a proven track record of AI implementation and Digital Twin technologies to drive digital transformation and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: -Lead and oversee large-scale capital projects across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations. -Implement and optimize digital engineering workflows using Hexagon, AVEVA, Autodesk, and Bentley tools to support design, construction, and asset management. -Drive AI-based initiatives to enhance predictive maintenance, project risk analysis, and cost optimization. -Integrate Digital Twin technologies to enable real-time monitoring, simulation, and performance optimization of assets. -Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to embed intelligent systems into project execution and lifecycle management. -Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. -Mentor cross-functional teams and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. -Provide strategic leadership and vision for capital project execution and digital transformation. -Engage with senior stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives and drive value creation. -Develop and implement governance frameworks for technology adoption and process optimization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Minimum 15 years of experience in capital project execution and management within the Oil & Gas industry. -Hands-on experience with Hexagon ( ALM), AVEVA( Engineering & Construction), Autodesk, and Bentley. -Demonstrated success in AI implementation for project optimization and decision support. -Experience with Digital Twin technologies and their application in asset lifecycle management. -Strategic leadership in complex, multi-disciplinary project environments. -Strong understanding of Oil & Gas industry standards and workflows. -Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. -Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. -Functional business skills including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ACPS - EPDS. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
