Summary: As a Sales Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering the sales plan and growing the sales team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with leadership teams and Customer Account Leaders to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies within your designated Commercial Group, Market Unit, or Services. You will engage in strategic discussions, analyze sales performance metrics, and provide guidance to your team to achieve sales targets and foster a high-performance culture. Roles & Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expertise (SME): Act as an SME in Solution Architecture, CRM, BRM, and digital transformation in FMCG. Team Management: Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure high performance. Take responsibility for team decisions and provide solutions to problems. Cross-Team Engagement: Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams. Training & Development: Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Program Delivery: Lead end-to-end program delivery, including strategy, fit-gap analysis, implementation, and rollout across global markets. Enable measurable improvements in distribution, field sales execution, and compliance processes. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture (minimum 7.5 years of experience required). Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and market dynamics. Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies. Proficiency in CRM tools and technologies. Expertise in BRM practices to foster long-term client relationships. Extensive experience in Distributor Management Systems (DMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA), and ERP solutions. Additional Skills: Proven track record in driving large-scale digital transformation in FMCG. Adept at leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders. Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and client interactions. Additional Information: Experience: 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and digital transformation. Location: Noida Client office. Education: 15 years of full-time education is required.
