Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and synthesize information, ensuring that customer requirements are clearly defined and aligned with the future state of the organization. You will engage in research activities to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, ultimately contributing to the development of effective business solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster collaboration among stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business requirements and proposed solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Avaloq Wealth. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with business process modeling and analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess complex business scenarios. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Experience in project management methodologies and frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Avaloq Wealth. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
