Summary: As an Senior AI Engineer you will directly impact the business by utilizing analytical and machine learning skills, develop modern AI applications, work on Azure Native services and data modelling with strong analytical team to develop models. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Manage and develop partnerships and incubate new initiatives, - Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and define use cases for leveraging AI to drive business outcomes - Work with development team to deliver end-to-end solutions - Manage, mentor, and enable technical talents to excel in their jobs, Employ NLP, LLM, ML, and statistical methods to transform and optimize our compliance and regulation operations - Have hands-on experience of backend development incorporating AI/ML functions.. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language) , NLP, LLM, ML, and statistical methods to transform and optimize our compliance and regulation operations. - BS or MS or Certification in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related STEM fields. - Manage and advise on Machine Learning and Deep Learning open-source technologies especially JupyterLab, Livi, TensorFlow, Prefect, Airflow. - Manage JupyterLab, Python APIs in scalable (AKS) environment. - Manage and advise on Python Ecosystem including popular libraries, deployment management of same. - Manage the continuous integration systems used to build software products (e.g. GitLab). - Write automated Unit test cases for APIs. - 5 plus years of relevant or equivalent experience, experience in finance industry is a plus. - Knowledge of a variety of AI techniques such as natural language processing, classification, clustering, optimization, deep neural network, good understanding of mathematical underpinning and their real-world advantages/drawbacks. -Good To Have Skills: Hands on experience with Open AI, Python, Spark, Scala, Databrick, and relevant Azure components. - Hands-on experience deploying analytical models to solve business problems. - Ability to develop experimental and analytical plans for data modeling processes - Experience with data visualization tools - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language),NLP, LLM, ML. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
