, Summary: The Associate Director – IFS EAM is a strategic leader responsible for driving the growth, delivery excellence, and innovation of IFS EAM services across the organization. This role combines enterprise-level client advisory, practice leadership, and business development to expand IFS EAM capabilities, shape strategic accounts, and contribute to global digital transformation programs. The Associate Director partners with C-level client stakeholders and internal leadership to define vision, strategy, and execution excellence for IFS-led transformations. Roles & Responsibilities: -Define and execute the strategic roadmap for IFS EAM practice growth and delivery excellence. Lead large-scale transformation programs as overall program director or executive sponsor. Build and manage strategic client relationships at the CXO level, acting as trusted advisor for digital and asset management transformation. Drive solution innovation, establishing reusable frameworks, accelerators, and domain blueprints. Oversee portfolio financials, profitability, and delivery KPIs across multiple engagements. Collaborate with global partners, including IFS and ecosystem vendors, to co-create solutions. Develop talent strategies, competency frameworks, and leadership pipelines within the IFS practice. Support sales and go-to-market initiatives, including pursuits, solution design, and deal shaping. Lead internal and external thought leadership initiatives—whitepapers, client showcases, and industry events. Ensure compliance with enterprise delivery standards, quality assurance, and risk management frameworks. Professional & Technical Skills: Recognized authority in IFS EAM, IFS Cloud, and enterprise asset management transformation. Deep understanding of business operations and value chains in asset-intensive sectors. Proven ability to lead multi-million-dollar programs and manage executive stakeholders. Strong business acumen in contracting, delivery governance, and commercial management. Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills across global and matrixed environments. Demonstrated experience in driving innovation, automation, and AI-enabled asset management capabilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in IFS Solutions. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
