Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems that may span the entire product lifecycle or focus on particular stages. This role requires applying a broad understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. The workday often includes collaborating with different teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions, while continuously adapting to evolving project requirements and technological advancements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong experience in designing and developing scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot framework.
- Good understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with database integration and management, including both relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with application security best practices and performance optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues in a timely manner.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
