Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop innovative technology solutions for emerging industries and products. Your typical day will involve interpreting system requirements into design specifications, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment on project goals, and engaging in problem-solving activities to enhance the overall functionality of the software solutions being developed. You will also be responsible for managing the development process, ensuring that the team adheres to best practices and delivers high-quality results in a timely manner. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP C4C SDK and PDI. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with integration techniques and tools relevant to SAP C4C. - Ability to design and implement custom solutions based on client requirements. - Familiarity with agile project management frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP C4C SDK and PDI. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
