Summary: As a Software Configuration Lead, you will ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve managing processes, resources, and technologies to enhance efficiency and ensure a smooth flow of operations. You will collaborate with various teams from development through implementation, focusing on meeting cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets while fostering a productive work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on project goals. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Responsible for end-to-end HSE implementation of Enablon/Sphera Essential modules for a multi-site client portfolio to help client to achieve a strong safety culture - Responsible for facilitating requirement workshops, requirement analysis document the business process models use cases related to HSE business process - Responsible for aligning the HSE business processes with Enablon/Sphera Essential application architecture to meet client requirements - Configuration Customization of Enablon/Sphera Essential modules. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PowerFactory. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles. - Experience with process optimization and resource management. - Ability to analyze and improve operational workflows. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. - Must to have good understanding of key HSE processes of Environment Monitoring which includes Air/Water/Waste/Soil/Ground water/Energy modules - Must to have hands on experience in implementing Enablon/Sphera Essential HSE modules for a multi-site client portfolio - Must to have hands on experience in configuring customizing the different HSE modules in Enablon/Sphera Essential application suite to meet client requirements - Understanding of Enablon/Sphera Essential APIs required for application interface Professional Attributes - Good communication skills needed to interact with users, client Service Delivery Leads - Fair knowledge on Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, One note etc Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in PowerFactory. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
