Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop innovative technology solutions for emerging industries and products. Your typical day will involve interpreting system requirements into design specifications, collaborating with various teams to ensure that the solutions meet the needs of the stakeholders, and continuously seeking ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the technology being developed. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the solutions are not only functional but also sustainable and aligned with industry standards. Your role will require a balance of technical expertise and creative thinking to address the unique challenges presented by each project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety. - Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards. - Experience in risk assessment and management strategies. - Ability to develop and implement safety training programs. - Familiarity with environmental impact assessments and mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Environment Health and Safety. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
