Summary: As a Strategic Program Lead, you will identify strategic focus areas, develop the plan to deliver strategic projects and programs, and drive and manage the work to achieve business outcomes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring that all initiatives align with the organization's strategic goals. You will also monitor progress, address challenges, and facilitate communication among team members to ensure successful project execution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and drive consensus among stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficient in project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
