Summary:
As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications clearly and conducting research to integrate the latest content and features into the websites, ensuring they remain current and engaging for users.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align web development efforts with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
- Experience in monitoring application performance and diagnosing issues using Dynatrace APM tools.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex system behaviors and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Familiarity with integrating application performance monitoring into development workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
