Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary: Implement and remediate accessibility issues directly within Angular/TypeScript/HTML code. Review and enhance UI components such as modals, dropdowns, sliders, and forms to ensure compliance with accessibility standards. Ensure proper labeling, error handling, and dynamic updates are appropriately announced by screen readers. Apply best practices for keyboard navigation, focus management, and semantic structure in Angular applications. Refactor and optimize front-end code for WCAG 2.1/2.2 compliance and improved usability. Collaborate with developers to review and validate accessibility fixes before client delivery. Document accessible coding patterns, remediation approaches, and best practices for reuse across projects. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience in Angular (v9+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2 Proven experience in fixing and implementing accessible components in enterprise web applications. Experience ensuring accessibility in Angular Material components. Good understanding of responsive design and inclusive UI principles. Ability to provide code-level guidance and reviews for accessibility compliance.
