Project Role : Business Process Designer
Project Role Description : Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, a typical day involves examining current workflows to identify areas where improvements can be made. This role requires working closely with various business users to gather detailed requirements and understand their needs thoroughly. Throughout the day, the individual focuses on developing strategies to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, the role includes designing mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and feedback to ensure continuous refinement and adaptation of business processes. Collaboration and communication with multiple stakeholders are integral to successfully driving process improvements and achieving organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of process design with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding process design principles.
- Continuously evaluate and update process documentation to reflect changes and improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management systems and their integration within business processes.
- Experience in designing and optimizing workflows using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical tools.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting to support process improvement decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
