Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable GenAI-powered applications (chatbots, copilots, summarization tools, search interfaces, etc.). Apply techniques like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, and instruction tuning to solve complex problems. Work with LLMs (OpenAI, LLaMA, etc.), embedding models, and vector stores (Chroma, FAISS, Graph DB). Collaborate with data, ML, and product teams to integrate AI features into production systems. Continuously evaluate the latest open-source models and tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace, etc.) and make recommendations. Ensure data privacy, model safety, and governance in AI applications. Contribute to architecture and design reviews, code quality, and performance optimization. Key Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 1 year in ML/AI-focused systems. Strong understanding of GenAI ecosystem – LLMs, tokenization, fine-tuning, prompt optimization. Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, LangChain, PyTorch, HuggingFace) and optionally Java. Experience with vector databases (Chroma/FAISS/Graph DB). Hands-on with embedding generation, chunking strategies, and document loaders. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP any one) and deploying scalable AI services. Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic/Azure OpenAI, etc.) and managing latency/cost tradeoffs. Knowledge of MLOps practices, logging (e.g., LangSmith), observability, and experimentation.
