Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to implement modern frameworks and agile practices, ensuring the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will also participate in discussions to address challenges and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of software specifications and design processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals. -Designing and developing custom applications, working with a team of motivated and engaged software developers, driving high performance and morale. -Building authentic, positive, trust-based relationships with all key-stakeholders Become an application developer champion to deliver customer excellence, -Proactively seeking opportunities to meet or exceed the quality and consistency of service delivery for our customers. -Supporting projects and initiatives that impact large groups of people across Accenture. -Your journey at Accenture is premised on continually learning and growing - technically, personally, and professionally. -Embracing, supporting, and cultivating the diversity that knits our teams together. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform Infrastructure. - Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. -Positive, engaging with a strong passion technology excellence. -Experience with Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI. -Some knowledge around HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery and SharePoint. -Strong interest in innovation, driving change and challenges. -Passion and experience collaborating and relationship building. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 year full time education is required.
