Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in application design and development.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Strong expertise in application design and configuration within human capital management systems.
- Experience in integrating complex business processes into software applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across multiple platforms.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
