Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems that may span the entire product lifecycle or focus on particular stages. The role requires applying a broad understanding of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. Daily activities include collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure software solutions meet requirements and contribute to the overall success of the project or client objectives, while continuously adapting to evolving technical environments and project needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in API Management.
- Experience with designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure APIs.
- Strong understanding of API protocols, including REST and SOAP.
- Familiarity with API gateways, security standards, and lifecycle management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize API performance and integration issues.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and version control systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in API Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
